Most of our clients prefer to have a Content Management System (CMS) so that they can make updates or changes to the content on their website easily. However there may be occasions where you find that you don’t have the time to make updates yourself or that you just simply require our expertise.
We have developed maintenance & support packages to suit the kind of issues and changes that you require from time to time. Maintenance and support hours can be accumulated for a period of 3 months. This means that you can get great discounts on our hourly rate, even if you’re only requiring changes every few months. Some packages include a detailed monthly report on your website’s performance and our professional suggestions on what can be modified to gain better results.

* Please note Maintenance & Support Packages are not for major web site updates. If you do require any major changes this will need to be quoted separately. If you go over your allocated hours you will be charged at our hourly rate of $90 for those extra hours, we will inform you before this occurs.
Our Maintenance & Support packages are designed to suit all of the needs you may require from time to time:
- Monthly reports on your website’s performance including information about the traffic to your site – where is it coming from and what content is being viewed?
- Professional suggestions on what should be modified to gain you better results.
- All approved changes are made using included hours from your maintenance package.
- Free updates on all security patches on an ongoing basis – to ensure that your site always runs securely. (This is absolutely free of charge and you won’t have to use your included hours)
- Included hours can also be used for expert support and guidance when making your own changes – we are there to help in any way you need!
- Maintenance package subscribers are our VIPs – meaning that you will always jump to the front of the queue.
- Included hours can be accumulated for a period of 3 months – this way you can get great discounts on our hourly rate, even if you’re only requiring changes every few months.
